Just in time for the big game tomorrow!!
I love everything buffalo chicken!
I have seen so many variations of this recipe, but I always come back to this one.
You will need:
1 (8oz) pkg cream cheese
1 (10-12oz) can chicken
1/2 cup buffalo sauce (I use Crystal Wing Sauce)
1/2 cup ranch dressing
2 cups shredded cheese
Drain chicken and break apart.
Don't use any less than 10oz of chicken, or it just won't be the same!
I add a little buffalo sauce here just for good measure.
Spread cream cheese onto bottom of square baking dish or pie plate.

Spread your chicken over the cream cheese.
Now your buffalo sauce.
And your ranch. I suppose blue cheese would work, but I don't like blue cheese. :/
Don't forget the cheese! I used mild cheddar & monterey jack, but just cheddar is good too!
Yep, the whole bag!!
Now bake at 350 for 30 minutes or until your cheese is melted and bubbly.
Don't let it get crispy!!
--You won't get to see my finished product since I don't plan on making it until later,
but I wanted to get the recipe up in time for your party planning.--
I would double this for a party and put it in a crock pot on the 'warm' setting.
Just bake it, mix it up and throw it in the crock pot.
You can eat it with whatever sounds good, but we always stick with tortilla chips.

Have you ever made this before? I have and it is really good! We have it almost every time we get together with Jeff's brother and his wife.
