And I mean officially.... you know, since we planted vegetables in our garden last night and all. Evan sat outside with us while we worked on getting our vegetables in the garden and moving some herbs around. He loves being outside!
The mosquitos started attacking so it was time to come in. I realized that I haven't taken any pictures of Evan lately and am therefor slacking on my motherly duties to keep track of everything! He's been rolling around for a few weeks now and rarely sits still. Like a mini Nick. What am I going to do with two of them?! And by 'two of them' I mean Nick and Evan, not Evan and another baby - sorry to disappoint.
Anyways, Evan rolls from his belly to his back and then from his back to his belly. That being said, taking pictures is rather difficult.
He has more personality than most adults I know, so it wasn't a surprise when he got fed up with the darn paparazzi (me) and put his hand up. Dramatic. I've also been trying to get videos of him chatting. It's adorable and once I do I'll be sure to post.
I think he was getting tired and I actually got one of him laying still.
Speaking of bike riding - we bought a buggy for the back of Nick's bike. Evan doesn't fit in it, but his car seat does!! AND HE LOVES IT! I know, I know - you don't have to tell me....
It looks completely ridiculous.
Not much going on with the Berndt's this weekend. Evan is going to my mom and dad's on Saturday night, they love having him over and it gives Nick and I a date night. I miss him so much when he's away, but I also won't EVER complain about time with my hubby. :) It's supposed to rain, so I'm a little disappointed. I was hoping that we could get the motorcycle out since I haven't been on it in a year. I can't believe that this time last year I was pregnant.
Nick and I knew, but no one else did! ;)
Nick will be traveling again in a few weeks, but just for a couple of days. :(
